  • Tips for making softest Ghee Cake

We understand you want to ensure that your ghee cake should be perfectly moist and soft. To ensure nothing goes wrong in this procedure, follow these tips.

  1. Use the best quality of ghee — It is essential that you use the primary ingredient of the best quality while making Ghee Cake, otherwise the cake wouldn’t taste well.
  2. Mix Ghee into Flour — By incorporating ghee into the flour before adding any wet ingredients, the likelihood of gluten production is reduced. Due to the presence of ghee in the flour, it becomes fat-coated. This is the insider’s secret to a very moist cake.
  3. Don’t Overcook— Overheating a cake can also lower its moisture content, something you may not be aware of. As a result, don’t bake cakes for too long at a high temperature. Preheat the oven and bake the cake at a low temperature to achieve a moist and fluffy cake.
  4. Avoid Over mixing — Varied means of mixing the batter yield different results. So, when you’re baking a cake, pay attention to the cake’s wetness and texture. Choose the correct cake mix method to make a moist, fluffy, and spongy cake at home.
  5. Don’t Ignore Sugar’s Importance — Sugar is a necessary component of cake. It’s capable of more than just sweetening the cake. So, the next time you’re tempted to reduce the amount of sugar in your cake recipe, keep in mind that sugar is essential for a moist cake.
  6. Use Yogurt for extra softness — If you’ve ever wondered how to make cake fluffy and soft, toss the cake batter with the yoghurt. It will aid in the rising and moistening of the cake.
